What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a mobile app that allows tenants to collectively manage their rent and home services.
Everything at a glance
- Manage their rental property and request maintenance.
- Make payments and see when they are due.
How does a tenant setup the mobile app?
Once a signing appointment has been set in the Tenancy Portal, the tenant will receive an SMS containing a link to download the mobile app, their username (email) and a temporary password for them to login.
- Download the tenant app from the link provided.
- Login using the username and temporary password provided.
Depending on the chosen payment method the tenant may be prompted to also setup their payment details within the app.
