Create work order

There are two ways you can view and action a maintenance request:

Via the Dashboard:

  1. Go to the Home screen to view your Dashboard
  2. Find the correct job card in the Maintenance Requests Dashboard
  3. Click on your selected job card, this will open the quick access side panel with the maintenance request information
  4. Click + Add work order
  5. Select Trade category
  6. Select Pre-Approved if you want to skip the quote process and send a direct work order request. If you select this option, upon hitting Pre-Approved you will need to enter a pre-approved spending limit for the work or select No Limit
  7. Enter the Quote due date (if applicable) and Job completion date
  8. Confirm the property access information and add any relevant access note for the trade
  9. Click Next
  10. Click Get quotes or Select Trade
  11. Select trade you want to send the work order
  12. Click Send
  13. Click Done, this work order has now been sent to your selected trade
  14. This job card will now move into the Maintenance Quotes Dashboard for you to track

Via the Property:

  1. Find the job card
  2. In Maintenance Requests find the correct request you want to send a work order for
  3. Click + Work order
  4. Select Trade category
  5. Select Pre-Approved if you want to skip the quote process and send a direct work order request. If you select this option, upon hitting Pre-Approved you will need to enter a pre-approved spending limit for the work or select No Limit
  6. Enter the Quote due date (if applicable) and Job completion date
  7. Confirm the property access information and add any relevant access note for the trade
  8. Click Get quotes or Select Trade
  9. Select trade you want to send the work order
  10. Click Send
  11. Click Done, this work order has now been sent to your selected trade
