There are two ways you can view and action a maintenance request:
Via the Dashboard:
- Go to the Home screen to view your Dashboard
- Find the correct job card in the Maintenance Requests Dashboard
- Click on your selected job card, this will open the quick access side panel with the maintenance request information
- Click + Add work order
- Select Trade category
- Select Pre-Approved if you want to skip the quote process and send a direct work order request. If you select this option, upon hitting Pre-Approved you will need to enter a pre-approved spending limit for the work or select No Limit
- Enter the Quote due date (if applicable) and Job completion date
- Confirm the property access information and add any relevant access note for the trade
- Click Next
- Click Get quotes or Select Trade
- Select trade you want to send the work order
- Click Send
- Click Done, this work order has now been sent to your selected trade
- This job card will now move into the Maintenance Quotes Dashboard for you to track






Via the Property:
- Find the job card
- In Maintenance Requests find the correct request you want to send a work order for
- Click + Work order
- Select Trade category
- Select Pre-Approved if you want to skip the quote process and send a direct work order request. If you select this option, upon hitting Pre-Approved you will need to enter a pre-approved spending limit for the work or select No Limit
- Enter the Quote due date (if applicable) and Job completion date
- Confirm the property access information and add any relevant access note for the trade
- Click Get quotes or Select Trade
- Select trade you want to send the work order
- Click Send
- Click Done, this work order has now been sent to your selected trade
