Send maintenance request to the landlord

There are two ways you can view and action a maintenance request:

Via the Dashboard:

  1. Go to the Home screen to view your Dashboard
  2. Find the correct job card in the Maintenance Requests Dashboard
  3. Click on your selected job card, this will open the quick access side panel with the maintenance request information
  4. At the bottom of the quick access side panel, click Send to Landlord
  5. Add any comments into the pop up box - these will be merged into the email sent to the landlord
  6. Once the email has been sent, the button on the maintenance request card will change from Send to Landlord to Resend



Via the Property:

  1. Go to the Property
  2. Go to the Maintenance tab under the property details
  3. In Open Jobs find the correct request you want to send to the landlord
  4. Click Send to Landlord
  5. This will now send an email to the landlord with the maintenance request details (as per your branches email template)
  6. Once the email has been sent, the button on the maintenance request card will change from Send to Landlord to Resend
