There are two ways you can view and action a maintenance request:
Via the Dashboard:
- Go to the Home screen to view your Dashboard
- Find the correct job card in the Maintenance Requests Dashboard
- Click on your selected job card, this will open the quick access side panel with the maintenance request information
- At the bottom of the quick access side panel, click Send to Landlord
- Add any comments into the pop up box - these will be merged into the email sent to the landlord
- Once the email has been sent, the button on the maintenance request card will change from Send to Landlord to Resend



Via the Property:
- Go to the Property
- Go to the Maintenance tab under the property details
- In Open Jobs find the correct request you want to send to the landlord
- Click Send to Landlord
- This will now send an email to the landlord with the maintenance request details (as per your branches email template)
- Once the email has been sent, the button on the maintenance request card will change from Send to Landlord to Resend
