- Go to the Properties page
- Search the property in the search bar
- Click into the Property
- Select the Maintenance tab under the property details
- Click + Maintenance Request
- Select Tenant reporting the issue
- Select Location of work
- Complete the job title and description
- Attach photos of the issue/work required by clicking the + button (if you have these available)
- Select if there is an appliance, if 'Yes' complete make/model details
- Select the type of access required and complete details of preferred time/day
- Complete the property details
- Click Submit request
These steps have now created a maintenance request and the next step is to create a work order to send to trades.
