What are Special Terms?
Special Terms are one-off Terms that are created on a per Tenancy basis.
How do I add a Special Term?
- In the Tenancy Agreement, Click Edit Under the Tenancy Agreement Document
- Click + Special Term
- Add a Title to the Term
- Add Content to the Term
Once saved, you'll see the the term added to the bottom of the document.
