The shortlist summary emails allows agents to send property owners and agents a summary of applicants that have been shortlisted for approval.
To send this email, follow the below steps:
- Shortlist the relevant applications.
- At the top of the screen, click Send Shortlist.
- Confirm the shortlisted applicants to be included in the summary by clicking Confirm.
- Select the recipients of the summary email and add any notes.
- Click Send to send the summary to the recipients via email.
