Shortlist Summary Email

The shortlist summary emails allows agents to send property owners and agents a summary of applicants that have been shortlisted for approval.

To send this email, follow the below steps:

  1. Shortlist the relevant applications.
  2. At the top of the screen, click Send Shortlist.
  3. Confirm the shortlisted applicants to be included in the summary by clicking Confirm.
  4. Select the recipients of the summary email and add any notes.
  5. Click Send to send the summary to the recipients via email.
