After an applicant has added a property or multiple properties to their application, the next step is to ensure that the application preferences section is completed.
- The applicant will need to specify the preferred move in date and preferred lease duration. These preferences are then used for any properties that have been added to the application.
- The applicant then has the option to add co-applicants that they are applying with.

Specify whether other people will be applying with the applicant. If so, the applicant can select ‘Yes’, and provide basic information for the other applicant/s.
