Once an account has been created, it is now time for the applicant to add properties to their application. Currently, an applicant can apply to up to 5 properties at once.
- Click on the apply link on the agency website or inspection platform. The property will then be added automatically to the application. Alternatively, the applicant can use the search bar to search for an advertised property and click on the property address for it to be added to the application.
- For each property, the applicant can specify the advertised weekly rent amount and the date that the property was inspected.
